We're excited to introduce our Recycling Credit program, where you can earn 25 cents for every piece of packaging you return to us, including bags, wrappings, and cards. Simply keep your packaging safe and undamaged, and bring it along on your next visit to receive your credit. ​
We appreciate your dedication to sustainability! Please return the packaging to us in its original condition. If you receive a package that has some imperfections, there's no need to worry—it's all part of our collective effort to care for the planet. Additionally, you can return it for a credit!

Due to the nature of our offerings—dried flowers, herbs, and spiritual goods—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is carefully prepared and packed to honour its purpose, and once it leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee its condition upon return. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement if eligible.
Price Adjustments
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item you purchased goes on sale within 72 hours of your original purchase. To request a price adjustment, please email us your order number and the product details.
